Enjoy a rejuvenating hour of yoga at the rustic and cozy Hoosier Grove Barn. Meet our yoga instructors and mingle with others while having a glass of wine and some snacks. Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. 2 drink tickets are included with registration.
Teens N' Training
This class demonstrates and instructs the proper use of cardio and weight training, using the correct form and muscle engagement.
Go the Distance Challenge
Accept the challenge and go the distance reaping rewards both personal and financial. All participants that “Go The Distance” will receive a t-shirt and a 10% discount on a membership or FIT Pass.
Strive for 100: Swim 100 miles or 100 strength training workouts
Strive for 500: Run 500 Walk 500 or 500 elliptical miles
Strive for 1000: 1000 biking miles

This small group training program is for participants who have successfully complete TNT, and are looking to continue improving their overall fitness with a trainer.

Hatha yoga, like other forms of yoga, focuses on breathing to establish a better mind-body connection and relaxation response. Hatha yoga is slower-paced, where you hold the poses longer to improve strength, concentration, and flexibility. It’s great for beginners or those who prefer a more relaxed style.
Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results fast. It’s a high-intensity dance party that fuses cardio, Pilates, hip-hop, yoga, and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in this 60-minute class. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
