TNT - Teen N' Training

Core fitness is established, and then changes are made in each individual’s programs as they progress. Students must successfully complete a 6-week session, and be certified by a Personal Trainer in order to be eligible to purchase a TNT Memberhip.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga is a continually-evolving spiritual practice that aids in decreasing stress, sustains the immune system, boosts self-esteem, and improves muscle tone flexibility, strength, and stamina.

"Go the Distance" Challenge

Go over, under, around, or through; but NEVER GIVE UP. Accept the challenge, and go the distance reaping rewards both personal and financial. All participants receive a t-shirt and a 10% discount on a membership or FIT Pass.

Men's Pick Up Basketball

Shed unwanted weight or stay in shape as teams are formed nightly. Program runs for 10 weeks. Free to All-Inclusive/Dual Members. Pre-registration is required.

Fit For All

Whether you’re just starting out or need to shake up your routine you’ll improve your overall physical fitness in this small group training. A 1-month Fitness Membership is included with this session for non-members.

Open Gym Basketball & Volleyball

Offered throughout the week in the Park Place Gym. All Open Gym participants are required to purchase a pass at Park Place with a current/valid photo ID to verify residency. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present to purchase a pass.

Jazzercise®

Jazzercise® is a pulse-pounding, beating, pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results fast. It’s a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip-hop, yoga, and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in this 60-minute class. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Teens 'N Training

Students must successfully complete a 6-week session and be certified by a Personal Trainer in order to be eligible to purchase a TNT Membership. A certificate will be presented and 20% off the Student Membership will be honored. Participants under the age of 12 are welcome to participate but may not qualify for a fitness membership until they are 12 years old.

Black Friday Fitness Challenge

Ready to work off that Thanksgiving turkey? Multiple special classes will be offered throughout the morning. Classes will be high intensity, energetic, and fun, the perfect way to shed those holiday calories.
