TNT - Teen N' Training

Core fitness is established, and then changes are made in each individual’s programs as they progress. Students must successfully complete a 6-week session, and be certified by a Personal Trainer in order to be eligible to purchase a TNT Memberhip.

TNT - Teen N' Training Extreme

This small group training program is for participants 14 years and older, or have successfully completed TNT and are looking to continue improving their overall fitness with a Personal Trainer.

"Go the Distance" Challenge

Go over, under, around, or through; but NEVER GIVE UP. Accept the challenge, and go the distance
reaping rewards both personal and financial. All participants receive a t-shirt and a 10% discount on a membership or FIT Pass.

Yoga is a continually-evolving spiritual practice that aids in decreasing stress, sustains the immune system, boosts self-esteem, and improves muscle tone flexibility, strength, and stamina.


Jazzercise® is a pulse-pounding, beating, pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results fast. It’s a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip-hop, yoga, and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in this 60-minute class. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
