Revolution F.C. was created as a revolutionary idea that competitive club soccer could be done at a reasonable price. Started in 2011, Revolution F.C. has been offering competitive soccer at a fraction of the cost of other clubs to families in the surrounding Streamwood area.

Concussion Awareness

The Streamwood Park District takes head injuries very seriously.

We strive to educate our volunteer coaches, parents, and participants whenever possible. As a parent of a child who plays youth sports, please take few minutes to familiarize yourself with current information on concussions from the Center for Disease Control's Head's Up website.

Youth Athletic League General Notes

When registering for any Youth Athletic League, a Program Information Form (PIF) must be filled out in it’s entirety. Program Information Forms can be found online.

Registration Late Fee

If registered after the deadline, a late fee of $10 will be added to the registration fee. Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list, and are not guaranteed a roster spot.
