7 - 14 Year Olds
Campers will be exposed to the four competitive swimming strokes; freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly; developing endurance in the water through interval training, swimming laps with flip turns, and racing.
Campers will also be given an opportunity to race fellow swimmers in a mock swim meet on the last day of camp to test their speed in the water. Campers are recommended to have completed Level 4 in our swim lessons program or able to swim 50 yards (two lengths of the pool) of one of the four strokes.
100 Mile Swim Club
Being able to swim 100 miles is a great accomplishment that anyone should be proud of. Take us along your on your journey of swimming 100 miles. All laps must be completed in the Cool Pool during lap swim hours. Laps must be completed before the last day of the year for them to count. Cheating is strongly frowned upon, but bragging (when finished) is completely encouraged.
